Fees

Therapy services prices

Clear prices for every type of session, the same whether you meet us online or in person.

You can pay for several sessions at once. The amount is credited to your e-wallet and each session fee is deducted as you attend, which also lets you keep a consistent day and time for your sessions.

Payments for counselling sessions are non-refundable. The funds stay available for your counselling and can be used immediately or later. If you cancel or postpone, the amount remains credited to your account for a future session.

How sessions are delivered

Every service is available in person at our Physical Share Center or online through the Virtual Share Center.

Individual counselling

A confidential one-on-one session focused on your emotional, psychological, behavioural, relational or life concerns.

Physical
Meet your counsellor face to face in a private, supportive room.
Virtual
Meet through a secure online platform from home, work or anywhere in the world. Especially helpful for the diaspora, clients living with disabilities and anyone still struggling with stigma.

Joint or couple counselling

A structured session for 2 to 3 people, often spouses, partners or family members, focused on communication, trust, conflict resolution and emotional connection.

Physical
Attend together at the centre and work face to face with your therapist.
Virtual
Join together or from different locations, even different countries, on a secure platform.

Group therapy

A facilitated session for people with similar concerns or goals, where participants learn from one another, build coping skills and realise they are not alone.

Physical
Meet at a designated counselling or workshop venue with your counsellor.
Virtual
Join an online group from wherever you are, locally or abroad.

Seminars and workshops

Educational, interactive sessions on mental health, relationships, personal development, family wellbeing and workplace wellness.

Physical
Held at a venue, with presentations, discussions, group activities and role-plays.
Virtual
Delivered online so families, schools, churches and organisations can join from any location.

Professional advice and guidance

Evidence-informed guidance on a specific personal, family, relationship, parenting, workplace or psychosocial concern. Advice can help you:

  • See a situation more objectively
  • Identify your options and the right course of action
  • Develop practical coping and problem-solving strategies
  • Improve communication, relationships, boundaries and decisions
  • Recognise when counselling, therapy or referral may be needed
  • Put preventive and wellness strategies in place early
Physical
A confidential face-to-face consultation.
Virtual
A secure online consultation, available locally and internationally.
