Terms and conditions
The full terms and conditions for therapy services are being finalised and will be published here shortly. You will read and accept them in your account before your first booking.
Therapy services are prepaid for cash-paying clients. We are working towards post-pay services for eligible insurance clients; in the meantime, we complete reimbursement claim forms for insurance clients.
Payments for counselling sessions are non-refundable. The funds stay available for your counselling and can be used immediately or later. If you cancel or postpone, the amount remains credited to your account for a future session.
